Bach-Busoni - "Ich ruf zu dir, Herr Jesu Christ" [Score Recording] -- Joseph Renouf, piano

My audio recording from 2012 of the famous "Ich ruf zu dir" chorale prelude from Bach's Orgelbüchlein, transcribed for piano by the late 19th/early 20th century Italian virtuoso pianist Ferruccio Busoni. While also a composer himself, most of Busoni's works have faded into obscurity, and he is best remembered now for his numerous piano transcriptions of Bach's organ works. This is one of his very best -- a deep and sonorous (especially the bass line) realization of this contemplative, plangent organ piece by Bach.
