Hey Polytopia fans! Today, I’m taking on an unusual challenge: playing on a Continents map without a navy—only bridges to cross between landmasses! In this video, I’ll play two games, each with a wildly different outcome. One game goes smoothly, but in the other… let’s just say it tests my patience! 🔹 Game 1: Smooth Sailing with Bridges Only: In the first match, my no-navy approach actually works, and I manage to secure an easy victory! Watch as I carefully plan my bridge placements, build up my forces, and show that, with the right setup, it’s possible to navigate Continents without relying on ships. 🔹 Game 2: Slow, Frustrating Loss: The second game takes a different turn. My opponent has the upper hand, and I quickly find myself frustrated by their relentless defense and strong naval presence. Bridges only get me so far, and my opponent’s clever moves make it a tough—and lengthy—loss. You’ll see my frustration grow as I battle to find an opening in their defense! This is why I HATE bridges! 🔹 Challenge Reflections: Playing without a navy on a map like Continents is no easy feat. I’ll go over what I learned from both games, discuss the challenges, and weigh in on whether this is a viable strategy or just a fun, difficult experiment. If you love watching unique challenges and strategies play out in Polytopia, this video is for you! Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more gameplay experiments and strategy insights.
