OVERLAND TRACK. A Sandy Weather Adventure. Day 0. Before the Walk

One of Australia's Premier Alpine Walks. The OVERLAND TRACK. Cradle Mountain to Lake St Clair, Tasmania. A challenge for myself indeed. Alpine is new to me, but not multiday hikes. I met the challenge head on. And was rewarded with some of the best "SANDY WEATHER" you will ever see. (A little explanation to the term Sandy Weather... (I'm predominately a kayaker, and most adventures I am fortunate to have the bestest weather, hence the term...) Join me in my adventure over 8 nights and 9 days, walking this amazing track solo.
