20 Fleet street in swindon has quite the history in 1897: it was Built by Drew & Sons as the North Wilts Conservative and Liberal Unionist Club. 1915: Converted to serve as the local YMCA. Mid-to-Late 20th Century: Operated as the Southern Electricity Board offices. Theme Bar Era: After major closures in the area, the building transformed into the Litten Tree pub. Mid-2000s & 2010s: Hosted "The Big Fish" (2007) and "Fever" (2013). 2014: Opened briefly as Groove Nightclub. Present: After later closing, the building briefly traded as Incognito but now sits empty. It has recently fallen into a state of disrepair with vegetation growing on its original 1897 facade.
