Personally I don't mind staying here at all because of the nostalgia and convenience that comes with it. But it's remarkable to witness how SS15 transformed in terms of usage across time. Back then, it was the first stop for everyone to setup their businesses when Subang was still considered far. Then it became the banking hub, followed by the education hub, then entertainment hub... This is a walk up apartment, which technically should be irrelevant already but due to it's location the value of the units are still holding strong. The target tenants mostly will be students, and workers who are working around the area. However, the building is absorbing all the exhaust from the surrounding shops. So when the building is having an awesome layout with facade on both the living and the kitchen, the ventilation should be good. But the air quality is not great unfortunately:/ Another characteristic of the area will be it's prosperity and that comes with lots of noise and congestion. The journey back home if we are driving would be a concern then. But in terms of pedestrian, it's all good. It will take about 15 mins to walk to the nearest LRT station. So much fun!! I really enjoyed the episode a lot:)
