Taroni Oror 🌙 Armenian Lullaby Reimagined

Taroni Oror — a traditional Armenian lullaby from the Taron region reimagined through intimate Armenian chamber folk. This old lullaby carries the tenderness of a mother rocking her child while surrounding the cradle with images of moonlight, mountains, protection and quiet maternal love. This interpretation combines a new English adaptation with a traditional Armenian refrain, preserving the cultural voice of the original song. Warm female vocals are accompanied by distant duduk, cello and delicate plucked strings, creating an earthy, wistful and deeply intimate atmosphere inspired by Armenian folk tradition. “Taroni Oror” is part of Lullabies Around the World — a collection of traditional lullabies from different cultures, reimagined in distinctive musical styles inspired by their origins.
