They Will Rise Again

THEY WILL RISE AGAIN In the quiet of the grave, they rest for now, But the voice of the King will call them somehow. All those in the memorial tombs will hear, And come out to a world free from every tear. Righteous and unrighteous, Jehovah remembers each name, Raised to life on earth — never the same. [Pre-Chorus] No more sickness, no more pain, Bodies made whole again. Families reunited under Kingdom rule, Paradise restored — this hope is true. [Chorus] They will rise again on paradise earth, Jehovah’s purpose fulfilled with joy and worth. Death will be no more, every tear wiped away, Loved ones embrace on that glorious day. The meek will inherit, the righteous will stay, Living forever in the light of His way. This living hope lifts every heart and mind, Faith is strengthened — Jehovah’s love we find. [Verse 2] Imagine the moment when the dead come alive, Healthy and whole, under skies so blue and wide. No more mourning, no more outcry or fear, Only peace and gladness when Jehovah is near. They will learn of His ways, grow in knowledge and love, Walking the earth as a paradise above. [Bridge] Hearts once broken now heal and sing, Anxiety fades with the hope this brings. The nervous system rests, the spirit is free, Looking ahead to what soon will be. Under the rule of the King so true, Everlasting life for the faithful few… and the many too. [Final Chorus] They will rise again on paradise earth, Jehovah’s purpose fulfilled with joy and worth. Death will be no more, every tear wiped away, Loved ones embrace on that glorious day. The meek will inherit, the righteous will stay, Living forever in the light of His way. This living hope lifts every heart and mind, Faith is strengthened — Jehovah’s love we find.
