RAR Institute | Course: Research & Professional Report Writing – Online Professional Short Course Session 1- Report Structure & Development The Rohingya Academic Research Institute (RAR Institute) successfully conducted a session on Report Structure & Development, led by Dr. Mohammed Hashiru. The session focused on the fundamental principles of academic and professional report writing, emphasizing systematic research, evidence verification, logical organization, clarity of expression, and the importance of presenting findings accurately. Students explored the role of historical evidence in research, practical note-taking methods, effective paraphrasing, revision techniques, and the six essential virtues of a researcher: accuracy, love of order, logic, honesty, self-awareness, and imagination. The session strengthened students’ understanding of how to transform collected information into clear, coherent, and evidence-based reports. It also encouraged them to develop academic integrity, critical thinking, and professional writing skills.
