After arriving on scene officers make contact with the suspect Eliot Garcia, 18 who is still standing at the bank's front desk thanks to the banker creating a delay. Mr. Garcia is allegedly attempting to cash a fraudulent $4,950 check from a woman's account who lives in New Jersey.
