Perennial And Annual Flower Seeds To Sow In September And Cool Flower Update

August and September are great months to sow perennial flower seeds and get the seedlings established before winter. It is also a great time to continue sowing those cool flower hardy annual seeds. This week we have a look at the perennial seeds and annual seeds I am sowing in September all of which make great cut flowers.
