Glowing Cauldron

Since I've upgraded the witch and her hut for the 2018 haunt I thought I'd go ahead and upgrade the look of the cauldron that sits inside the hut as well. The original had "BrewGoo" made from great stuff foam with bones, bugs and other ingredients embedded in it. There was a green light underneath that shined up through gaps and holes in the foam. Looked ok, but not really attention grabbing. I wanted the new goo to be much brighter when lit and have the illusion of some sort of movement, but still have a similar look to the old goo when not lit in the daytime. After a little brainstorming I came up with the simple idea to make a textured, translucent cover that is lit from underneath with a fire and ice light to provide the illusion of a little movement. I did mine in a green theme to match the color of the light I want in it, but this could be done in any color. (I tested a few examples in the video.) Some extra holes could also be made in the Plexiglas to allow piped in fog to rise up. (Mine uses chilled fog that flows out from underneath the cauldron so no holes.)
