BIC Techno 293 and Techno 293 + WORLDS 2018 - Day 0

After opening ceremony yesterday plan for today was simple. One practice race for each fleet which may sound simple. But thunderstorm caused a delay and then the west wind of maybe 15 knots picked up little bit of a swell so competitors and organisers had a chance to test “all the systems”.
