FANTASMIC! RETURNS TO DISNEYLAND! - First Full Show Opening Night "2.0"- Dining Package - 5/28/2022

Fantasmic! is a nighttime spectacular presented in Disneyland Park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim California. It is also presented at Walt Disney World in Florida and formerly at the Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan before it's final performance on March 25th 2020. Fantasmic! debuted on May 13th 1992 in California and eventually closed on January 10th 2016 for the construction of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Throughout 1992-2016, things came and went, like the Ursula barge used from 1992-1997. The show returned with new effects and scenes on July 17th 2017, and then closed on March 12th 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It reopened May 28th 2022 and closed again on April 22nd 2023 due to the Maleficent dragon animatronic, nicknamed Murphy, catching fire. Fantasmic! has since returned as of May 24th 2024, with new enhancements and scenes (see below). All versions of Fantasmic! are different, none are exactly the same. The pre-show announcements are included. Fantasmic! is presented twice, at 9pm and 10:30pm on the Rivers of America in Frontierland in Disneyland Park. The fireworks following Fantasmic!, Disneyland Forever, were cancelled due to inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. A dining package in Disney means that you eat at a restaurant you chose (there are normally 2-3 options to choose from) in the park the show/parade/firework is in, and then after that, your server will give you tickets to a reserved viewing area for people who ate at that same restaurant. For the Fantasmic! dining package, you can either dine at the River Belle Terrace or Rancho del Zocalo, or do a premium dining package at the Blue Bayou restaurant. For the River Belle Terrace, you have the option to do a premium dining package, which means eating at the restaurant while watching Fantasmic! at the same time. Following the first Fantasmic! performance, guests can stay in the area to watch the nighttime fireworks. Projections and special effects of the show will be presented on the Rivers of America, allowing guests to have a unique view of the show.
