Episode 2: Miscreants & Malcontents | Part 1

Elise has lost a bet that she couldn't afford to lose, and if she can't pay up soon, she'll lose something far more precious than gold. With a hefty ransom hanging over their heads, Elise and her sister, Johanna, set out to amass the money they need when a storm drives the two of them to take shelter at a strange inn. What should have been a simple night's rest quickly turns into a string of strange encounters: A young man with dice and a fondness for other people's money, an innkeeper with a face full of secrets, and a traveling merchant who isn't what he seems. If they play their cards right, this might just be the opportunity Elise and her sister have been waiting for. Part 2 arrives September 23rd.
