Protecting Our Camera Gear from Udupi’s Humidity | Andbon AD-50C Dry Cabinet

Living in Udupi means dealing with high humidity throughout the year, which can be a concern for camera lenses and other equipment. We’ve had to deal with lens fungus and the hassle of sending lenses to Mangalore or Bangalore for professional cleaning. After considering the repeated servicing costs and the worry of transporting expensive lenses, we decided to make a one-time investment in the Andbon AD-50C 50L Dry Cabinet. We’ve arranged our camera gear inside and set the humidity to a suitable level for storage. We also repurposed an IKEA table we already had at home instead of buying a new stand.
