I'm just going off based what I remember. First, go to the gear icon in the top right corner, and tap or click it. Then there should be a "loop" button somewhere in that list. Tap it or click it, and you have a looped video. ^^ Edit: Just found out you also have to talk additional settings after tapping the gear icon, then you SHOULD be able to see the loop button.
