MASTER COOKBOOK RECIPE # 549 CARROT RAISIN SALAD Ingredients: 1 lb. carrots, peel, and grate 1/4 cup raisins 8 oz. can crushed pineapple 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 1/4 tsp salt Instructions: Add pineapple juice and all to the grated carrots. Add raisins, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well. The mayonnaise should be evenly distributed. Put in a serving dish and cover. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Tammy’s tip: do not use a larger grate typically used for cole slaw. Grate with a small grater on a hand grater.
