Season 3 actually revitalized the game quite a bit for me, the new vehicle and map design direction is very refreshing, though still quite flawed, but it at least signals the possibility of change. This adaptation of Golmud Railway is genuinely very sucessful, honestly managing to beat the original in terms of overall balance and enjoyability, though of course Battlefield 4's vehicle mechanics remain unmatched. Ironically, engineer has as of now been slightly overnerfed, with DICE doing the usual of sticking too many simultaneous changes at once instead of trying one at a time - the once overpowered RPG is now arguably too weak - as a pilot I selfishly rejoice not dying randomly to lightspeed RPGs, but for the ground balance I think they made a big error in removing the RPG's ability to 2-shot tanks, an iconic BF4 feature. Still, the class is overall quite strong if one switches to the M136 (AT4) and the top attack mines, the former now taking the place of the strongest launcher in the game, being the attack helicopter's strongest counter. #battlefield6 #pilot #killstreak #nightbird #littlebird #cowboymode #ptfo #battlefield2026 #season3 #redsec #railway
