Sellick's Beach is located on the southern coast of Adelaide. It has the attractions of clear water, sandy shore and magnificent views of the rolling green hills as a backdrop. The beach (northern section) is one of few in Adelaide that you can drive right down to the foreshore and park. In Summer it's a job to get even a spare space due to so many cars wanting parking on this beach. In the 1920s the beach used to hold motorcycle racing on the beach itself. The scenery changes daily depending on if the tides in or out. On this occasion the reefs were exposed throwing up a kaleidoscope of color in the first couple of days of Spring in Adelaide.
