KX 450 SR ride at SCMX - Not what I expected!

I didn't do a full-up review because I would have wanted to switch the suspension back to stock settings and set the sag for my weight. But just jumping on for a few laps.... I was impressed!! Very manageable power but still plenty up top, with minimal torque braking. Actually fun to ride. Forks felt a little firm for me but had a good overall feel. And I loved the handling. It felt very planted and confident rolling into turns, and stable. I feel like I may have even been entering corners faster than on my 350! I didn't really notice the vibration that the magazines complain about. I'm not sure how the standard model compares to the SR, but with the prices they are selling these bikes for, it would definitely be worth considering!
