Fix China ATV Bushings on a Budget!

Cheap & Easy! In today's video, I'll be showing you how to repair (Instead of replacing) your old worn out suspension bushings on a China ATV! You'll need to remove any components (A-Arms, Shock Absorber) to get to the bushings that are worn out. Once you have them off, you'll be able to see which ones you'll need to fix, this should be clear, because the worn out bushings will cause a lot of play, and they'll be hard to miss! Next, get yourself some industrial rubber (You can buy this stuff at your local hardware store). Try to get a few different thicknesses! You'll then have to cut some pieces to length, and in the video, I explain how to do this! Once you've cut your pieces to length, push them inside the steel bushings (Where the old, worn out rubber used to be) and reinstall them back onto the ATV. Experiment with the 1st bushing to get a feel for it, start by cutting the pieces a bit longer (To gibe yourself extra to work with) but once you know how long & wide to cut your pieces, you won't have much to trim off at the end.
