Oak Park station is a small station on the Craigieburn line in Melbourne's northern suburbs which opened in 1956 as an infill station on the North East line which opened in 1872. The station is fairly basic with two side platforms connected via a pedestrian tunnel. It is located on the Glenroy Bank, a long sloping section of the line between Broadmeadows and Pascoe Vale. Here we see Comeng and Siemens trains serving the station and at the nearby Devon Road level crossing as well as a couple of Vlocitys and a Sprinter. It’s worth noting that not a single Comeng train seen still had the old RVB chime horn Filmed February 2024
