Plan with me: April 2023 | Hobonichi Weeks Set Up for a New Month | Autumn Theme

In this plan with me video, I set up my April pages in my Hobonichi Weeks planner. In Australia, April is smack bam in the middle of Autumn - we see the leaves falling and can feel the cool change coming around. So it goes without saying, for this month, I am going with an autumnal look and feel.
