Thank you so much ☺️ 🍮 Crème Brûlée Recipe Egg yolks … 3 Sugar … 30g Heavy cream … 150cc Milk … 50cc Vanilla extract … a few drops Sugar for topping … enough to coat the surface How to make 1. Warm the cream and milk (do not boil). 2. Mix egg yolks and sugar, then slowly add the warm cream. 3. Add vanilla and strain. 4. Pour into ramekins and bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes in a hot-water bath. 5.
