Emperor Penguins of Snow Hill Island | Real Life Happy Feet

First crossing the infamous Drake Passage while crushing through glaciers and then landing by helicopter onto the remote and rarely visited Snow Hill Island, before trekking across the sea ice to arrive at the northernmost Emperor penguin colony in the world. This journey is one very few have successfully accomplished. I am so grateful for this experience and glad I can share this once-in-a-lifetime day with you guys, coming up close to the largest penguin on the planet and over 10,000 Emperor penguin chicks.
