Summer Berry Pavlova Recipe 4 eggs whites, at room temperature pinch of salt 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoon corn starch 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract sweetened whipped cream summer berries, mint, edible flowers -Preheat oven to 180 degrees F. -Place parchment paper on a baking sheet -Place egg whites in a bowl and beat until firm about 1 minute. -Slowly add sugar and continue to beat for about 2 minutes until it makes firm glossy peaks. -Sift in corn starch and add vanilla and then fold in with rubber spatula -Transfer whites to an icing bag with large tip. -On parchment make 4 to 6 ovals with higher sides in order to hold the whipped cream. -Bake for 1 1\2 hour and then turn off the oven and let meringues cool completely.
