Durga Puja 2026 | Autism Story | জাস্টিস ফর রাজুল! বিচারের বাণী নিরবে-নিভৃতে কাঁদলেও সন্তানহারা বাবা-খোঁজেন বিচার! নিরন্তর এগিয়ে যান মৃ.ত সন্তানের স্মৃতিতে ভর করেই। কলকাতার এক বেসরকারি স্কুলে পাটুলির আয়ুশের মতোই পড়ত শৌর্য সরকার, ওরফে বাবা-মায়ের আদুরে রাজুল। ‘বর্ডারলাইন অটিস্টিক’ ছেলেটির মেধায় কোনও খামতি ছিল না! শুধুই ছিল একরাশ হতাশা। ছিল স্কুলে বন্ধু-যাপনের না-পাওয়া কাহিনি। রোজ গুমরে থাকা! স্কুলে বারবার অ.সভ্যতার মুখোমুখি হওয়া। কলকাতার বাদামতলা এলাকার বাসিন্দা তবুও লড়েছে। ছোট্ট ছেলেটি থেকেছে নিজের মতো করে। কিন্তু শেষ হয়েছে সব। কয়েক সেকেন্ডেই পরপারে পৌঁছে গেছে রাজুল! রেখে গেছে শুধু শূন্যতা। তারপর শোকের আবহেও থেমে যাননি ওঁরা। ছেলের বিচার চাইতে রোজ লড়াইয়ে নামেন বাবা, মা! মোহনবাগান ফুটবল দলের ভক্ত, রাজুলের জন্যই বাঁচেন সৌমিক সরকার এবং পেশায় শিক্ষিকা তনুশ্রী সরকার। তারপর? Shourjyo Sarkar, lovingly remembered as Rajul, was a 16-year-old autistic student from a South Kolkata school whose life ended following a self-harm incident. His grieving parents, Soumik Sarkar and Tanushree Sarkar, have spoken about their son’s experiences at a private school and alleged that the behaviour of some peers caused him severe mental trauma, which they believe led him to take the tragic step. A passionate Mohun Bagan fan who loved karate and clay art, Shourjyo is remembered for the happiness he brought to his family.
