To improve your concentration, eat sardines, mackerel, and salmon (oily fish).💯 2. Keep some candy on hand to eat every two hours! 3. Drink water to stay hydrated—they say it improves brain function. 4 If you’re an auditory learner, watch videos and speak aloud while writing. 5. If you’re a visual learner, use colors, colored notes, and lots of highlighters for the main ideas. 6. If you’re a synesthetic learner, use a whiteboard to write your notes. Make summary charts. 7. Tip: Keep a planner with a list of topics for each subject to stay organized. 8. Take quizzes on the entire syllabus to practice answering questions and learn how to solve problems and respond correctly. 9.
