Hot Tent Dispersed Camping in the Oregon Coastal Range of the Tillamook State Forest in April.

April 24, 2023 This month I began to explore the Tillamook State Forest, here, in the Coastal Range of Oregon and I have to say, I found, one of, the best, dispersed campsites I’ve ever had the pleasure to fully enjoy. I did a six day – five-night, solo camp with the Pomoly hot tent, my little woodstove and, of course, the Nikon. It rained Monday morning while I arrived but quickly cleared out and got sunny. The rest of the week was gorgeous and in the 70’s the last few afternoons. I, actually, stayed one more day and night due to the wonderful camp that I had found for myself and with no cell service, I did get a few, dear, folks concerned when I didn’t show back up in Portland on Friday night……. But!! …. I did mention that I might stay another day if it was cool. And it was SO cool!! So, here’s a bit of the 164-GB of footage I got during my stay…I hope you enjoy some of it.
