Which Meta DPS is the Fastest? P0 Effigy Speedruns | Arknights Endfield

The best DPS is actually WILL Arcane, who is in every team except for own because there aren't two of them 😂 There are probably minor improvements to be made in some rotations, but I tried to optimize everything as much I possibly could (without critfishing).
