🚇 Temporary single-track operation! Shenzhen Metro Line 1 splits in 2 due to upgrade works

This video was filmed on 2024/03/17. The signalling upgrade works in 2024/02 causing Shenzhen Metro Line 1 to suspend part of the line. 1 month later on 03/16, 17, 23, and 24, a section near Airport East was upgrading the signalling system again. Line 1 was split into Luohu to Gushu and Airport East to Gushu services. Airport East to Gushu can only use a single track for service. A free shuttle bus service between the two stations and Hourui Station in the middle was available as well. During the operation, trains between Luohu and Gushu ran normally.
