Measure transfection efficiency with the Mateo FL Digital Fluorescence Microscope
Did you know that Mateo FL can give you smart insights on your transfection process?
Place your sample on the stage.
Select “Phase Contrast” on the screen.
Now use the focus knob to adjust the focus, as well as the object guide to select the desired field of view.
Now select your fluorescence channel and capture your images in both channels.
Once you have acquired your images, simply click on “AI module”, go to “Transfection” and follow the instructions on screen.
First, measure the diameter of your cells manually or automatically in Phase Contrast image.
Then, adjust the threshold in the Fluorescence image. Mateo FL will automatically calculate the transfection efficiency.
Once you are happy with your results, click on “Save” to save them in the gallery.
