Robotic cell assembly

Systemex Automation was responsible for the electrical / mechanical design, the production of a robot cell including the start-up at the customer plant. This cell had the main function of the engine cover assembly, the installation of insulation foam, compression limiter including the application of the logo stamping, as well as quality control by vision implanted in the robot. Cycle times were notably improved over existing cells in the plant. This allowed the client to be more competitive on the market.
