SIDEWINDER AVENUE | Award-Winning Horror Short Film | Full Movie (2026)

🎃 IT'S FINALLY HERE! SIDEWINDER AVENUE IS OUT NOW! 🩸 After an incredible journey around the film festival circuit, our award-winning horror short film, SIDEWINDER AVENUE, is finally making its YouTube debut! 'After moving into their new home a couple realize not all is what it seems as they unearth chilling truths about its dark past, will they escape the looming terror that grips the property or has the house already claimed its next victims.' This is a proof of concept for a feature. Making an independent short horror film is no small undertaking, and we're incredibly proud of what our cast and crew helped us create on a shoestring budget ($10,000 USD), shot over 4 days in the Australian bush with a crew of 25. We lost key scenes because of a storm, had post production issues because of budget and at one point thought we might not even get it finished. But here we are. We're Michelle and Rachel, the Bash Sisters, and this is the film that started something rather exciting. Written and brought to life through our shared love of horror, Sidewinder Avenue has enjoyed 13 film festival selections, four awards and two honourable mentions. Now, for the very first time, we're sharing the full film with YOU! But this isn't the end of Sidewinder Avenue's story. We're working towards developing it into a feature film, and we'd love you to come along for the journey. 🍿 NOW, IT'S YOUR TURN... Turn down the lights, settle in and enjoy the film. And when you've finished, we want to know what you thought! Leave us a comment, tell us your favourite moment and, most importantly, did we manage to scare you? 👍 LIKE the film if you enjoyed it. 💬 COMMENT and tell us what you thought. 🔔 SUBSCRIBE to Let's Talk Horror for more original films and horror entertainment.
