Welcome back to Zamil Eats! Some food is more than just food — it brings back memories. ❤️ For this Zamileats video, we visited Good Morning Hotel in Trivandrum, famous for their beef and porotta. I used to have this beef porotta combo as a parcel when I was a kid, so this visit was more about nostalgia than anything else. The old small restaurant has now been relocated nearby into a much more spacious place. We got the beef and porotta packed in their traditional banana leaf style, with layers of porotta, beef and gravy, along with a pappadam packed inside. After sitting for around 15 minutes, the porotta had soaked up all that delicious beef gravy, and the subtle smell from the banana leaf made the whole experience even more nostalgic. 🤤 We took the parcel to the scenic Kereedam Palam and enjoyed the food there — and honestly, it tasted just as comforting as I remembered.
