Virgin Australia's Seasonal Launceston to Perth Flight - VA1509 + Getting to LST by Bus

In this video we travel on Virgin Australia's seasonal flight between Launceston and Perth, VA1509. This is a rather unique route to be connecting a small city like Launceston to the opposite side of the country, and hence I did not expect it to have much demand... And I was right, the flight was very quiet with entire empty rows, but this made for a much more enjoyable trip! Before we get on-board though I have to make my way to Launceston Airport, and knowing me I of course had to do it by bus and quite a bit of walking! This video was filmed at the end of my February 2026 trip to Tasmania. As Tasmania does not have any regular passenger trains and I usually only cover interstate rail, there are no other videos to expect of this trip except for a quick clip of the Hobart Ferry, but it doesn't mean I won't be back to film some of the heritage trains and other transport one day!
