The festival of "Peetha Seva" spans an entire month, beginning on the auspicious day of Father's Day and continuing until the establishment day of Dashain, known as "Ghatasthapana." During this ritual, women from each musical group, accompanied by their instruments, line up in front of their respective groups to offer lamps to the deities, while the men stand behind, singing songs in rhythm with the instruments. Following this, they proceed from the back and make their way to the Harisiddhi Temple. On the final day of "Peetha Seva," all the musical groups gather, each by their group's name, to enjoy a feast together.
