Practicing guitar this weekend, the new strumming course from the Gibson app.

Welcome to my guitar journey! At 58, I'm a lifelong learner chasing tones and techniques after three years of dedicated practice. From Fender Strats and Traveler acoustics to a full Hotone Nano Legacy amp collection, Marshall cabs, and pedals like Klon clones, Tube Screamers, TC delays, and Hall of Fame reverbs — I share real-world gear tests, practice sessions, riff breakdowns, and classic rock/blues progress in hotel rooms and at home. Expect honest reviews, setup tips, Gibon App and Truefire -inspired lessons, daily practice routines, and the struggles (and wins) of an older player balancing work, travel, and the fretboard. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or just love vintage-inspired tones, join me as we build skills one string at a time.
