Been working away on this for over 12 months and it’s finally time to show it off.
This is my fully bolt-on 35 spline full floating rear axle kit built to suit Nissan Patrol H233/H260 diffs using Dana 60 unit bearings. The goal was simple, fix one of the biggest weak points in these diffs without cutting up the housing.
In this video I run through the design, why I built it, and what makes it different.
Key features:
• Full floating design with 35 spline chromoly axles
• Dual caliper mounts using factory GU Patrol rear brakes
• Option to run a second caliper for a cutting brake or secondary setup
• Fully bolt-on
• Multiple width options to suit different track setups
• Designed around readily available components
I’ve been building and racing Patrols for years and rear axles have always been a weak link. This setup is something I’ll be running in my own cars and testing properly before release.
Still in the testing phase at the moment — I’ll be pushing it hard and sharing updates as we go.
If you’re interested in one of these kits or want to follow along with testing, drop a comment below or send me a message.
