Chatty Tabby Cat Meowing for Pets and Attention

Watch this incredibly friendly, chatty tabby cat come right up to me to ask for some affection! I filmed this sweet encounter on my smartphone while exploring a beautiful outdoor area here in Cambodia. You can hear its loud meows as it happily accepts plenty of head scratches and even rolls around playfully on the ground, completely loving the attention! It is always such a joy to come across friendly local animals who just want to say hello.  What is your favorite part about meeting friendly outdoor cats?
