Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan | NO EGG! Have You Tried Green Giant Veggie Spiral? Ninja Foodi Recipe

Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today we are making a chicken parmesan in the air fryer with NO egg! We all know how pricey eggs are these days, so this super simple method is perfect! Yep, you heard correctly, no egg in this substitution for this crispy and flavorful chicken parmesan. Today I am pairing it with Green Giant Veggie Spiral. This actually compliments the chicken parmesan quite beautifully as it is full of vegetables and also comes with marinara sauce. It really is a quick, easy, delicious, healthy meal in under 15 minutes. Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan Chicken Breast 1 C Mayonnaise 1 C Panko Italian Bread Crumbs 1 TBSP Susie Q (or all purpose seasoning) 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Thyme Spray Oil Optional: 1 Package Green Giant Veggie Spiral With Marinara Sauce Parmesan Cheese (to top) Parsley Flakes Preheat air fryer. Let's create a dredging station. Add mayonnaise in one shallow bowl and Panko in another, along with all other spices. Mix the bread crumbs and seasonings together well. Coat the chicken in the mayonnaise, then into the bread crumb mixture. Pack bread crumbs into the mayonnaise well. Spray both sides of chicken with spray oil. Place chicken into preheated air fryer and air fry at 360 (F) for 14 minutes (flipping halfway). If using the Green Giant Veggie Spiral (which I recommend because it's easy and delicious), place the unopened bag into the microwave at the halfway mark for 8 minutes. Plate the Green Giant Veggie Spiral and top with chicken! That is it! Top with additional parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Enjoy!
