Give God Your First Thought Today | A Gratitude Morning Prayer

Give God your first thought today. Before the messages, the news and the to-do list, take a quiet moment to thank Him first, then hand Him whatever you are carrying into this day. In this gratitude morning prayer we thank God for His mercies that are new every morning, put Him first, cast our cares on Him, and ask Him to lead our steps through work, family and everything ahead. Scriptures in this prayer (NKJV): Psalm 5:3 · Lamentations 3:22–23 · Psalm 103:2 · Psalm 118:24 · Matthew 6:33 · 1 Peter 5:7 · Proverbs 3:5–6 · Psalm 143:8 · Numbers 6:24–26 Type Amen in the comments, share one thing you are thankful for today, or leave a prayer request. We would be honoured to pray for you. New morning prayers every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Subscribe to join us at the altar. #MorningPrayer #GratitudePrayer #ThankGodFirst
