The Record had to leave the meeting early. AFTER ACTION: Cansler later said that the commission postponed the approval of the LEAP levy and planned a discussion with that body's board. The HVAC service company (listed as Veregy Energy) came in with Mike Horton (Maintenance Department supervisor) about assessment for no cost for commission to OK that. The commission also approved a certificate of deposit renewal at First State Community Bank (12 month special-flex with a 3.65 through 3.70% APY with counsel from Treasurer Kristy Carr (percentage).
