Innerbloom Shuffle Dance Choreography | Shuffle Glow Up Retreat 2026

“From within, we bloom…Together, we glow up.” 🌱✨ These were the words I put on the back of our retreat shirts. I deeply believe there is power in trusting yourself, believing in yourself, and taking action all on your own. I also believe there is beauty in asking for help, leaning on others, and allowing yourself to be supported by a community that genuinely wants to see you thrive. I’ve experienced both throughout my dance journey. The shuffle community has given me so much love, encouragement, friendship, and support. At the same time, there were countless days when I had to cheer myself on and keep going even when I wanted to quit. This choreography was created to honor that balance and express my gratitude to all who have supported me along the way. Every single person at this retreat touched my heart. Seeing this choreography come to life through the Shuffle Glow Up family filled my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words. Thank you, thank you, thank you everybody for dancing your heART out.
