2026-09-15: Kayaking New River Gorge, -1.1' (~1600 cfs)

GoPro footage from my personal first descent of the New River Gorge at -1.1' (~1600 cfs.) Rapid ratings are from American Whitewater and are based on +2'. At -1.1', some of the Class III/III+ rapids were more like Class II/II+, and most of the Class IV rapids were more like Class III+/IV-.
