Overlanding a Honda Pilot with VTM-4 4wd at Monache Meadows in Inyo NF

We took the Honda Pilot to Monache Meadows for a weekend overland trip. The only modifications are 2” spacer lifts and all terrain tires. Can the Pilot keep up with the Jeeps, Toyota and a Nissan?
