Create a French Country Chippy Finish - #paintedfurniture #shabbychic

In this video I am going to show you how to create an old shabby, chippy finish. This finish will also help to hide imperfections in your piece. I am applying Dixie Belle Sea Spray mixed with French Linen/Coffee Bean and Sawmill Gravy. I am applying those in a pouncing motion to create additional texture for my piece. I like to make my mixture thicker for a crustier finish. Once the mixture has set for a few minutes, I take a putty knife and move the texture around to create almost an old world venetian plaster kind of texture.
