If you’ve ever wondered what a slow morning in the Irish countryside really looks like, I hope you’ll enjoy spending this one with me. From watering the kitchen garden and baking traditional Irish wheaten bread to journaling, reading and making a simple, nourishing breakfast, these are the small rituals that help me start the day feeling calmer and more present. Thank you so much for watching. 🤍 The Five Minute Journal https://link.amazon/B02IdDujo LEUCHTTURM1917 Notebook https://link.amazon/B06mYzVs9 Rose Quartz Gua Sha Stone https://link.amazon/B0g087WiK W&P Porter Insulated Tumbler https://link.amazon/B07ZMEzQA The Irish Bakery https://link.amazon/B0aIK7b3O Supplement Organiser https://link.amazon/B0blwyuCO Most things in my kitchen are older pieces collected over time, but I've linked what I could find for those who asked: Cat food mat https://amzn.to/420lRwB Storage Jars https://amzn.to/4c4TUcX Spoon rest https://amzn.to/4t4Zz8S Le creuset casserole dish https://amzn.to/4txVp9i braiser dish https://amzn.to/3Q26eCi Espresso mug https://amzn.to/3Ouh1ER Grand Mug https://amzn.to/4mqZppY Baking trays https://amzn.to/47WNBpv Forest cake tin https://amzn.to/4dCBIIX Honeycomb cake tin https://amzn.to/4vq6tXR Stand mixer https://amzn.to/41ohxHp Toaster https://amzn.to/4chnnPJ Cat bowl https://amzn.to/4cpgwUF Mini radio https://amzn.to/4t6SNzG Drawer liners https://amzn.to/422idlS Some links are affilate links.
