BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E STREET BAND - Atlanta 2012 (3 songs)

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & THE E-STREET BAND Philips Arena Atlanta, GA March 18, 2012 After two-warmup shows, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band officially kicked off their 2012 WRECKING BALL WORLD TOUR with this opening night performance in Atlanta. Although Ross had posted these three songs to his resurrected RAA Concerts YouTube channel a couple of years ago, I’ve chosen to repost them here with video stabilization. For anyone who has tried to video a concert from a long distance, it’s VERY difficult to remain steady. If you move even a half inch you can be panning wildly across the stage. Although my stabilization cannot fix more extreme camera movements, it does balance the steadier shots more nicely. Ross captured the opening song (“We Take Care of Our Own”), the 3rd song (“Badlands”) and one of the encores (“Born to Run”). This was all that he attempted to do for this show, aside from a few photographs. I’m also posting these as concert reels, rather than song clips (which Ross preferred to do). I’m doing these my way because I’d like to add a bit more polish to his work, which he didn’t have the patience to do!
