TFDi Design MD-11 Swiss Air Manila to KAI TAK Hong Kong - Beyond ATC

Arrival into now defunct airport Hong Kong International Kai Tak in the Swiss Air MD-11 from TFDi Design. Landing was a little hard" -368 FPM 1.13 G. I was using Beyond ATC but I was so concentrated on approach I forgot to call "established on final" so I never got a landing clearance from ATC.
